By participating in this event you hereby agree to hold harmless; the Long Beach Polar Bear Club, the City of Long Beach, the Make-A-Wish Foundation or any staff or person involved with the 2007 Super Bowl Splash; for any or all damages to persons and properties arising from said event, including but not limited to personal injuries, medical emergencies and property damages. Further: you also agree to abide by all Federal, State, County and local laws including the City of Long Beach Charter and Code of Ordinances.
